Returns and Refunds
Overview
If any item is defective/damaged/broken or incorrect A-List Auto Parts Customer support takes a complete process of taking care of the order and making sure within a valuable time replaces a promised item to the customer. Parts should be returned within 15 days from the order being placed as an original item sent to the customer. If the Customer request for a refund and not satisfied with the service with A-List Auto Parts we take a complete process of refunding your complete money back to your account.
Refund Processing
Refunds are generally processed and credited in 24-72 business hours from the time our warehouse receives your part(s) or package(s). Once the returned part(s) has/have been inspected and checked by our mechanics, the refund will be initiated by us through the same mode (or payment method) you used to buy the product. You’ll be receiving a mail to confirm that refund is initiated. Returns maybe subject to a 30% Restocking Fee, If the mode of payment was debit or credit card then it may take up to seven business days to reflect on your account.
Replacements
Replacements will be shipped only upon the return of the initial product we shipped to you. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and returned to us in its original condition. If we replace your merchandise with another merchandise, the replacement is considered to be a repair of the original unit. Consequently, your original date of installation and mileage will remain in effect.
