• Installation: For Engines, Replace oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket & rear main seal. Drain & replace engine oils to manufacturers suggested levels. Install new belts and hoses. In the event of a warranty claim, a diagnostic report is required from an ASE certified automotive facility. We are not responsible for improper installation. Incorrect orders or diagnosis are processed as returns and require the customer to cover freight costs for both the return and replacement. Engine must be installed within 10 business days, from the date of delivery.
  
  
  
• Automatic Transmissions: Thoroughly clean all components of the transmission including the oil pan before assembly. Replace all seals and gaskets before installation. The oil and oil filter in all automatic transmissions must be replaced. Flush & flow-test cooler and lines. Fully engage torque converter in front pump. Transmission must be installed within 10 business days, from the date of delivery.

   

• Manual Transmissions: You must install a new clutch, pressure plate and slave cylinder. You must have your flywheel turned in before installation. Fill and check the fluid to ensure proper levels. In the event of a warranty claim, a diagnostic report is required from an ASE certified automotive facility. We are not responsible for improper installation. Incorrect orders or diagnosis are processed as returns and require the customer to cover freight costs for both the return and replacement.

   

• CVT Transmissions: A new transmission cooler must be installed. All transmission lines must be thoroughly flushed. The correct cvt transmission fluid, as specified by the manufacturer, must be used. Reprogramming is required to ensure proper drivability.

   

• Warranty: Product is warrantied for 1 Year from the date of delivery. Documentation for warranty claims must be submitted within 14 business days of the claim. Extended warranty will be activated upon notification, after installation of the part. Any warranty repairs must be authorized by A-List Auto Parts and will be handled case-by-case. In the event of a warranty claim, a diagnostic report is required from an ASE certified automotive facility.

   

• Engines: Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects in the block, cylinder-heads, pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, rockers and oil pump. Warranty does not cover attached accessories such as electronics, switches, sensors, cables, belts, hoses, water pump, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets or flywheel. In diesel engines, warranty does not cover oil pumps, fuel pump, fuel injectors or any other part that is not part of the core engine described above. Warranty is void if the engine is returned with the heat tabs missing or melted out or disassembled without express written authorization.

   

• Transmissions: We do not warranty oil leaks/damage on transmissions due to non-replaced seals, gaskets or filters. Warranty is void if the transmission is disassembled without express written authorization. Modules MUST be reprogrammed by the dealer or an ASE certified mechanic. If unable to reprogram the transmission, warranty is void.
  
  
• Cancellation: At A-List Auto Parts, we make every effort to accommodate order cancellations. However, once an order has been confirmed, a series of processes are set in motion. Therefore, should you wish to cancel an order after the initial 24 hours of confirmation, it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  
  
• Labor: We do not cover labor under any circumstance.Customers take complete responsible upon the labor work involved
